There is gorgeous pleating falling from the left applique, adding a little bit of drama.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMetal zipper at back collar.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSide metal Talon Zipper (may have been added later, I do not think this was original to the dress).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e3\/4 sleeves with seams at the elbows. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNo tags, so I can not be 100% sure of the fabric, but it feels like crepe, possibly a rayon. There is no stretch to this dress. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis dress is in good vintage condition. It does have some issues. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e-Some seams are coming loose. Most are intact, but, personally, I would suggest reinforcing all, if not most, of the seams. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e-There is a hole in the front of the dress on the left side of the tummy area - see photo. It's about 1\/2\" in diameter. There is also a smaller hole near it, you can also see it in the photo. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e-There is some fading at the collar, and a light colored stain near the collar in the front. Please see photo.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e-Armpits do have some wear in the fabric, and some seam separation. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e-Some separation at the hem. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe list seems long, but most of these issues can be easily repaired with some time and love. As a dress that is 80-90 years old, it really has done well over the years.
