Dress construction is novice and simplistic but features puff shoulder sleeves, a tailored bodice with a snap closure front and a sweet square cut neckline. The skirt is done in alternating wide stripes of each color. A truly dynamic presentation when worn! The hat is gorgeous and honestly deserves to be worn year round. Simple construction again from the same fabric, featuring alternating panels of the orange and black with a black band at the fit. The interior is fully lined in a super soft silk that assists with some dimensional pouf. \u003cbr\u003eOverall condition of the set is listed as excellent, with consideration to the age and the rarity of the set to remain intact together. Only a few condition issues to note. Neither piece has been laundered or cleaned in any manner although there are no noxious odors. There are a few (2-3) minor pencil tip sized spots noted to the orange panels of the hat. There is only one area on the skirt orange panel that has VERY mild spotting. Should you choose to have this item professionally cleaned it would be very easily remedied. A pinhole here or there may be noted however, this dress presents absolutely AMAZING.
