I actually looks like Bingo dauber ink and if so that will come out with a cleaning as for they are water soluble. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNo size, it is a Seattle based maker which makes sense being in Eastern WA. I would put this as a contemporary larger small to medium.
