Very good  condition for age. Although there is a long of fabric I did not see any material rot or major stains or damage. It is about 100 years old so don't expect perfection. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhat I did see was some stains on the muslin bodice lining. there is some pit stains and light sweat stains but these did not seem to bleed through to the outer garment amazingly. Hard to find  worn silk that doesn't have light stains from sweat. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe other thing I noticed was that the front bodice has had zipper replaced, it seems like an older repair but there is some hand stitching that you can notice if you are looking for it. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eI don't mind it but if you where wanting to have a professional seamstress to repair or replace to bring to near perfection that is an option. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt is unlined from bodice down and has a long train and a finger hook that is held on at moment with a safety pin but easy fix. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eI have not cleaned  or washed item and it may have a few light marks I missed.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNo size, probably custom or hand made. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAll silk and the muslin lining. Could be much older than I am listing. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMeasurements of bust, waist and hips are flat back seam to seam so please double.
