Body is a black felt skull cap with a front panel of felt and grosgrain ruffle.  Attached at the back is a thick veiling which comes to the front and can be worn down on the face or up on the crown.  Interior is finished with a narrow black grosgrain ribbon along with an elastic placement band.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe only condition issue is the veiling.  There is a large hole on the crown, right side and a small one in the front near the edge.  It could easily be removed or replaced.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNo label.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eInner circumference is 21 inches.
