The wide-weave veiling is tied at the center back of the crown, where the wide brim (widest at center front) narrows to almost nothing. The brim is embellished with sweet scalloped\/braided straw trim, all around. Labeled a vintage hat size 22 1\/2, it should fit most head sizes, due to the shallow crown.
