Structurally its quite excellent, just a few pea sized or smaller holes, see photos for examples, and the soutache has a couple small areas that could do with being tacked down. The biggest issue is a streak of color fade all down one side and especially at the shoulder. If you're good with synthetic dye you could probably fix this fairly easily.
