It has a metal side zipper in the top and the skirt has two hook and eyes with a metal zipper.  The Sleeves are capped and it has a V neck. The bottom of the top is not hemmed.  It was meant to wear tucked into the skirt.  This Beauty has a Very Wide Circle Skirt. Due to the width of the neck measurement, midriff, and side metal zipper it is smaller than the measurements appear.
