The small handle is clear lucite.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis tall thin bag is fabric with a large white daisy and what resembles tan lilly of the valley flowers under a clear vinyl cover. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe flowers are on the front only.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe back is plain.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe entire bag is covered with the clear vinyl. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt has a gold tone frame and a kiss lock closure.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe sides have thin bright gold braid piping. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe inside is a peach colored faille fabric. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eEven though it is tall and thin it opens wide and is rather roomy.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt is 9\" tall without the handle and 7\" across at the top and 10 at the bottom.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWith the handle it is 13 1\/2\" tall.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe top opens to 5\".\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBy JR USA.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn very good condition. The only flaw is on the bottom, something got underneath the cover. Small tiny pieces. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe flowers are intact.
