See photo for the larger hole - it measures about 3\/4\" in diameter, and could easily be sewn up or patched. Other than these issues, I could not find any major holes, tears, stains or other problems. Just a few minor \"picks\" in the fabric here and there. None of these effect the integrity or wearability of the shirt.  Being about 60 to 70 years old, I would say he's in great shape!!! \n\nThere is no stretch to this garment, and the tag states size \"M\" - although please keep in mind that is a vintage medium.
