Originally had netting that has been removed.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e3) Red Velvet band.  Some wear on surface:  Looks like something was glued to it so it needs a   \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e     little embellishment to cover.  Otherwise ok.  \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e4) Braided lattice frame- velvety fabric covers wire frame.  Attached is circle of net with felt spots  \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e     throughout.  some spots missing.  Needs embellishment.  I tucked circle underneath frame to\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e     show how it might be worn.
