There are slanted front pockets and cool original buttons, with an extra button pinned inside. The inside is satin lined in rose pink. It is not soft leather, more of a stiffer leather and easy to clean.  I think this will fit a 10 or 12, but with a 12, the sleeves might be a bit tight.
