Considering she is probably around 50 years old, the only real issues I see can be chalked up to normal wear and tear. There is wear at the collar, and around the  edges of the collar and a couple of the hem edges. There are perspiration stains inside at the armpits (see photos), and some smaller stains on the lining. A couple of the buttons have minor scratches on them. None of these issues affect the wearability or integrity of the garment.
