Blouse has a small straight collar and 2\" wide ruffles alongside the buttoned front. Balloon long sleeves are gathered in to one button cuffs. A button was missing (as seen in most photos). I moved the lowest button up and sewed on a new bottom button, see last photo, under label photo.
