It is in great but pre-owned and loved condition. This is an authentic and rare late 60s made in UK by Abercrombie Fitch who have been making fine items for decades. It is AMAZING. It is priced very fair also for such a rare and authentic  coat. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOnly damage I see besides normal wear. I would venture a larger small or a medium but please use measurements below. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMy measurements are taken flat back outer and from seam to seam. Bust is from pit to pit seam. The bust, waist and hips need to be doubled for actual measurement and the bust in womens usually has some darting or fullness for bust in front.
