It is marked size 44. The outer jacket is cotton the inner lining is a poly acrylic blend. Here are the measurements with the jacket flat and measurements from one side. Shoulders 19\" arm pit to arm pit 22\" Shoulder to hem 23\" . This jacket is in good wearable vintage condition but does have a few flaws. I dont think it has ever been washed or very little as it is very stiff and not worn softly. Therefore the buttons are a little hard to close. There is some rubbing wear on the collar and the tips of the chest pocket. There is some staining underneath the collar. I think this has been hanging in a closet without use for a few decades. Therefore I recommend cleaning for freshness and making it softer.
