It has Zippers that open on the pockets along with flaps and a zipper front closure.  It has a Nehru neck closure with snaps and seam detail on the shoulders in the back that Spell the 80's!  It has belt loops on the bottom.  It may have originally had a belt, but you could add a belt of your own.  It will easily hold a belt 1. 5\" wide.  The style lends itself well to rolling up the sleeves.  This would be Awesome with Colorful Bell Bottoms. Tommy started small.  In 1969 he worked in a clothing store in Cape Code.  He then opened a shop with his $150 in life savings called \"People's Place\".  He and a friend drove to New York City to stock the store with bell bottoms, peasant blouses, and leather jackets.  As time went along he decided his love was designing and the rest is history.
