No drying or splits in the laser area I can see. Heels are intact as is heel caps.\u003cbr\u003eI take measurements with back of boot pressed firm against the wall and take a measurement from wall to center of toe as seen in photos and the width is from the widest area ( ball) of shoe. I also try to show measurement from side on heels. This is tricky but allows another view at an angle. I STRONGLY suggest that you take a like boot or shoe ( same heel, toe and if platforms than like platform height also) that you like the fit of and measure the same as I have.
