I'm almost afraid to tell you how bad this bag was when I got it... The interior and exterior were so disgustingly filthy and the leather was cracking and separating. It needed some very serious TLC!  I disassembled the whole purse, cleaned it thoroughly, mended the worn corners, cleaned the leather, polished the brass, and conditioned the purse 2 times with a heavy conditioner, then finished it off with a lighter one. There is a split in the strap and some worn piping near the buckles (and the repaired corners).
