There is an incredibly sexy plunging neckline and a drape of fabric to the left of the neckline, this can be worn as shown, hanging off to the side for that bit of structural design - or wrapped across the chest to cover the décolletage. The shoulders have a good bit of padding the sleeves have a runway length with a bit of flare at the cuff.
