The fabric is a slightly textured wool weave with blue, green, yellow fibers mixed with some other hues.  The close up of the fiber shows the details.  \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe coat has three main buttons It was originally sold at George Wright in Huntington, West Virginia. There are a few small moth nibbles.  I darned a couple of spots on the right front arm sleeve. This is shown in the picture showing the areas of damage.  The top is a close up and below is what it looks like further back.  There is a small moth nibble at the top shoulder seam.  There are a few small ones on the back but are difficult to see as the fabric is textured and hides it well.
