It could be replaced easily, if you prefer a tighter fit. The dress is unlined (except for a small panel of off-white jersey interfacing at the inner neckline), and it fastens in back with a nylon zipper. Other than the loose sleeve elastic, it has no issues to note and is in very good condition.
