It was worn once, then kept in storage under plastic.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt is trimmed with silver studs and rhinestones.  None are missing.  All are very bright and shiny.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt adjusts at the waist with side straps and silver tone buckles. The back is a bit shorter than the front.
