There are some areas of foxing and rust marks round the hardware. Some of the back appliques are showing wear and there are a couple very small holes in one armpit and near the bottom that could be repaired fairly easily I'd think, see photos for an example. The real thing worth noting is this looks like it used to be attached to a skirt of some sort or another bottom layer.
