This top has short sleeves to right above the elbow and it has 2. 75\" slits on either side at the hem.  It closes with one hook and eye at the back.  The Design is done in sections of sequins and then each section is bordered in a darker shade of turquoise beading.  This is a longer top that can be worn loose or belted as shown.
