The center is a 6-petal flower shape with teardrops surrounding it. The sides are red foil paper and the insides are clear cellophane strips folded to fan out within each piece. It’s very cool.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt’s not symmetrical, but it’s about 7” around. It is very lightweight and has a piece of thread for hanging.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSome of the cellophane was loose so I glued it back.
