It holds about 6 cups.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThere is a tiny chip on the inside top of the spout (see picture). There are fleabites and discoloration in the finish, which would have occurred during the production process. There’s a chip in the underside of the lid near a divot (the divot would also have happened during production) and another miniscule chip on the underside of the lid. There’s some discoloration (from tea presumably) inside and a few spots of discoloration outside that could be age spots. All in all, though, the teapot is in great shape for its age.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe pot was made in the 1940s.
