Some research turned up a historic landmark hotel in Palo Alto California that was built in the 40s by John Herman Rickey.  Edges are hem-stitched.  Measures approx. 31\" x 18\".  Great vintage condition. One corner is torn a bit and there are some vaguely thin areas and faint smudges.  I believe this is circa 1950s based on the years the hotel was in operation.
